LegalFlow is a document retrieval service that automates the process of accessing and downloading public court documents from Florida county court systems. The Service acts as an intermediary tool and does not provide legal advice or services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
Documents downloaded through the Service are temporarily cached for 7 days to allow re-downloading. After this period, documents are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. County credentials are encrypted using industry-standard encryption methods.
You may not use the Service to:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY DOCUMENTS RETRIEVED.
LEGALFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LegalFlow, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
