Your credentials are encrypted using bank-level encryption before being stored. We never have access to your plain text passwords, and all connections to county websites are made securely.
Documents are temporarily cached for 7 days to allow re-downloading if needed. After 7 days, they are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. You can download them to your computer at any time during this period.
